Following thorough on-the-ground studies and comprehensive market analysis, the company has established a petrochemical facility in Benghazi, officially registered as Blue Flame Petroleum.
This initiative aims to support Libya’s economic development by meeting the rising demand for white spirit and thinner across local, regional, and international markets. With this project, Blue Flame Petroleum is ushering in a new era for Libya’s petrochemical industry.
Plant Machinery & Location
Strategically located on a 2-hectare site just outside Benghazi City, the plant is outfitted with modern, high-capacity machinery, including storage tanks, ISO tanks, and reactors designed for advanced production, treatment, and packaging operations.
Blue Flame Petroleum is deeply committed to environmental stewardship. All equipment and processes are environmentally compliant, designed to ensure minimal ecological impact. The facility also features safe and secure logistics channels for both domestic distribution and international export.
Production Capacity
With advanced equipment and operations aligned to international technical standards, the plant targets an annual production capacity of 82,000 tons, averaging 230 tons per day. This positions Blue Flame Petroleum’s Benghazi plant as a critical contributor to both local supply and regional export markets.
